How much should I budget for a Fleur and Flour design?

Each of our cakes is custom designed for you and a quote will be provided based on the overall size, scope, scale of design and servings of your cake. Our cakes start at $10 per serving with a $1,500 minimum. 

How far in advance should we confirm with you?

We limit the number of commissions we accept per year to ensure we can deliver the quality, detail and artistry we are known for. While we cannot guarantee availability for your specific date we encourage couples to contact us at least six to eight months in advance at a minimum. A signed contract and deposit will confirm your date on our calendar.

What can we expect from the process?

Once we receive your inquiry we like to schedule an initial phone consultation to learn more about you and your needs to ensure that we are a good fit to work together. From there we schedule your custom cake tasting for up to four guests. The tasting is generally scheduled within two weeks of the initial phone consultation, at a time and location convenient for you. There is a $50 tasting fee that will be applied to the cost of the cake should you decide to move forward with us. We will then provide you with a design proposal and full estimate for your cake. Once we confirm your date with a contract and retainer we will confirm your date on our calendar.

Do you provide the flowers or do we?

All of the flowers you see are carefully handcrafted sugar flowers; no fresh flowers are ever used on a Fleur and Flour cake. The artistry in creating the sugar flowers you see is a Fleur and Flour signature. Each flower is a bespoke creation special for each of our clients.
